Building Biology Consultation
Unique to Xpanded Concepts, the only Building inspector on the Sunshine Coast offering this service. With every Pre-Purchase Building inspection we will provide you with a FREE Building Biology Mini Report, normally valued at $180
The report will be independent of the Building & Pest Inspection. It will be a verbal consultation & consist of any concerns from a Building Biology prospective from a visual only inspection. It's important to note that findings from the report will not be able to get you out of a Purchase contract, only major defects can do that. It will however inform you of possible health concerns within the property.
